Nov 30, 2004 11:17 pm - my silly pouncy pouncy’s new favorite sleeping spot is on the toilet seat in the bathroom. usually the lid is down, but if it’s not, she’ll sit on the toilet seat and sleep. hopefully she won’t fall into the toilet, but she can be quite jumpy sometimes. she could fall in. we better make sure we keep the lid down. she sleeps in there when we shower too. oh, and if someone is going to the bathroom and you shut pouncy in there with you, she will try and sit on your lap while you are sitting on the toilet trying to do your business. if you don’t let her on your lap, she paces around the bathroom. she caught a mouse the other day, but i was gone to lexington. my mom called me at 9:30, woke me up, and told me what my daughter had just done. pouncy’s always been a great mouse catcher. she doesn’t eat the mice, she just catches them. she’s such a cute, silly kitty. ~ashley ^__^ Add a Reply

Nov 23, 2004 9:42 pm - silly pouncy... why is it that when there is a perfectly good, soft, cleared off space on something whether it be a bed, table, or chair, pouncy almost always chooses to lay down on the big pill of papers, books, etc. that happens to be right next to the cleared off space?? she’s so silly! her new favorite place to sleep is the bathroom. she’s been either on the bathroom rug in front of the toilet, or on the scales in the corner by the toilet practically all day! ^__^; Add a Reply

Nov 17, 2004 6:32 pm - FIV treatments my mom got a hold of the lady who lives in madisonville who mixes up some homeopathic things to give to her FIV kitty. turns out, it’s the same recipe i found on the internet. her cat’s 18, and was diagnosed when his fur started falling out. poor kitty, but his fur came back. ^_^ according to the lady, cats should only eat about 1 can of tuna a week. pouncy eats about a can a day!! ^_^; we might have to work on that. i dunno. pouncy’s doing just fine though. i’m glad! ^___^ ~ashley Add a Reply

Nov 10, 2004 6:15 pm - going outside pouncy wants to go outside. i’m sure she does. she had quite a crying spell yesterday and today both when mom went out to do yard work. it doesn’t last long, but i know she wants to go out and wonders why she can’t. other than that, pouncy’s doing fine. she was being slightly fiesty last night. i was trying to wipe her eye out, and she started hissing and trying to scratch me. i think she thought i was trying to cram more drugs down her throat. ^_^; still sleeping in my room at night! ^_^ ~ashley ^__^ Add a Reply

Nov 09, 2004 8:55 pm - daily pouncy update pouncy’s doing fine today. she slept with me last night. she actually laid on my best for quite awhile. she’s so warm and snuggly. ^_^ we put her virus suppressor medicine in her tuna instead of just giving it straight to her. it took her awhile to eat it. i think she knew it was there even though it’s supposed to be tasteless. she’s a smart kitty. she’s been sleeping in the window a lot, which is cute. ^_^ ~ashley ^_^ Add a Reply
