Variety - Nordine (Roschdy Zem) leaves France to honor his father's last wish: burial in his home village high in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. This is Nordine's first trip to his ancestral country, where he feels both attached and yet still a foreigner. On the drive south with the coffin, he meets Nora (Aure Atika), a kept woman who's just split with her sugardaddy. A member of the Francophone upper stratum of Moroccan society, Nora guides Nordine through the country but also through his ideas of what it is to be Moroccan. Zem and Atika have a winning chemistry, and the expansive scenery makes the road trip a beauty.
