What you need:
A friend
A funnel
A coin{pennys work cause you can find them all over the place}
A bottle of water
A victom


To make it look like someone pissed themselves, get a friend to play a fake game. Put a funnel in the front of your pants and place a penny on your nose and try to drop the penny from your nose into the funnel. Act like you are having a lot of fun doing it and pretend to drink the water until the victom sees you doing it and wants to try it. Let him try and when he has the funnel in his pants, dump the water into the funnel. He will most likely be mad as hell so get ready to run your ass off.

You could just run up to them, and pour water on their pants (duh)

A better way is when your at school fill a cup of water at the water fountain and wait there untill someone gets a drink, then pour water on them while their buisy drinking.
still a little childish though.

better yet, put a very small hole in a bottle of water and point the tin spray at someone while you talk to them.
