Materials:
Tennis Ball
BB’s[a lot]
3 book-covers[stretchy]
nails[5 or 6, 5 in.]

First get the tennis ball and make a big hole in it. Then fill it up about 3/4 of the way with BB’s. This is to make it heavier. Then push the nails through the tennisball until the pointy edges are coming out the other side. Do this to the other nails in random places on the ball. Then, get the bookcovers and put them all inside each other. Put the tennisball into one end of the inner-most bookcover. Make holes into the bookcover so the nails can come through. Then, tie a knot in half of the cover that the ball is in to keep the ball in when swinging. Last, put your hand in the other end of the cover and swing.

wow put a sock through the loop of a padlock, easy... or just use a baseball bat... or just dont be a pussy and use your fists.... or dont get in fights at all
