ok well this is a story about a trip to the service station near my house that went very wrong...

me and a few mates were having a drink up at a mates house in my street. it was about 130 at night and me and 3 mates went to the service station. we brought some food and drinks and as we were leaving a friend pulls up in his new (stolen) car and we were talkin to him for about 1 minute before the worker came out and started harrasing us and telling us to hurry up and leave... we left and when we were walkin away my mates through a few things at the shop and we thought nothing of it.

as we were walkin a cop car pulled up and put its spot light on us, as my mates had warrents out for there arrest and all had curfews we ran... i said to them that i would split so they chase me as i have a clean record (to good to be caught). i sprinted through the housing commision flats (sort of like the projects for you americans) and heard the roar of the brand new supercharged v8 ss come up behind me. i thought the bastards were going to run me over. i crossed the road at a t-intersection and there car bounced as they were coming out of a drive way doin very fast speeds sending there car into a thick telephone pole... with car fluids pissing out everywhere and 2 pissed off coppers right behind me i went to jump a fence but finding it to funny i surrended thinkin they would jus have a talk to me but instead

this is where the brutality happens:
a cop grabbed me in a head lock and smacked me out with his standard issue mag light this knocking me out the next thing i new i was laying next to the totaled car with a knee in my throat and sore all over as the dog stated kneeing me... he took id out my pocket and tryed finding some thing to arrest me over but i was clean and the worker at the servo didnt want to file a complaint. its a great drinking story and i had a good laugh and a few more drinks but the next day i was pretty sore.

cop cars in australia dont have cameras as far as i know and once they crashed it wouldnt have been able to hear or see anything anyway :P

i would go 4 it any was sewing them. and dont cop cars have video camaras in them. with a mic as well so if it carnt c u people will be able 2 hear what thay say and them hiting you.????????

Forget pressing charges. You would have to prove that the lump and bruises came from the officers. In court, your nice honest smile vs. the pigs duty to uphold the law, you lose.
