Wasn’t "almost a month ago", 2 weeks ago at the most.
Kid in the video is Nick McTavish of Duluth, MN. His brother’s name is Dan. Video was originally posted on youtube by Dan’s friend Colin with his account YoColin. After Nick’s myspace was found, he allegedly recieved death threats from /b/tards and his profile was deleted. Nick’s mother also filed a restraining order and criminal charges against Colin for posting the video of her underage son on the internet without permission. The original ending of the video had Nick licking Dan’s nipple and a picture of Nick in a bikini, so that’s probably why she’s so pissed off. All videos on Colin’s youtube account have been removed.

I really wish that the kid just calmed the fuck down and answered more of their questions. I also thought that is was pretty mean that his brother’s friends were picking on him too, that’s just fucking mean.
