The dumb fucking whore lives like 45 minutes away. And I need my Social Security card and my birth certificate that she has for no fucking reason. I haven’t talked to her in almost a year.
I need my birth certificate because I’m getting a tattoo on the 28th, which is my birthday. And I need to get a government ID.
I wish I had a ride up there so I could punch her in the fucking mouth.

If you have a driver’s license or even a permit and a passport, I think you can apply for a new social security card here, and it will still be the same as your old number. You just need 2 at least 2 primary documents to prove who you say you are.
Besides that, I’m not sure how else I can help.

I think that’s what I’ll do once I get my ID, because I don’t have a permit or license. Can’t afford drivers ed, lmao.
All I need for the ID is my birth certificate. On the sheet it says I can use a school ID as a secondary document.

You want to stab her in the face because you feel out of control of a situation you feel is critical and important. You have all the control in this situation and you just don’t know it. You can get these documents from the source and never involve her. In fact, you don’t really need to talk to her again. Ever.
You can call the hospital where you were born and ask how to get a copy of your birth certificate. Often they just require a copy of your driver’s license and a valid mailing address. If you live in the same town as the hospital, you can drive over to their records department and pick it up. Your town (if large enough) should have a social security office. You can go in and get a copy of your SS card directly from them. Then you’re never dependent on your mother again.
I notice you might have some anger control issues. If you’re interested, I have an anger management technique that works quite well. It’s actually egg worthy.

Thats EXACTLY why I would like to. Yeah, I can get the certificate at the DMV a few minutes from my house, but I have to pay $16 for it. Which pretty much all the money I have is going towards my tattoo. And I need a parent with me, which my dad works from all the hours that it is open...
Make an egg on it. I do have anger issues I just refuse to do any of the classes the doctor suggests. And every at-home technique never works. So I’d be willing to try it.

I can see where you’re coming from, but here’s the thing.
She has used my brother’s SS number for ordering shit and fucking up his credit... getting credit cards, phones, and any shit she can.
She has done the same with mine. In fact she stole her best friends credit card and bought furniture and blamed it on me... I was fucking 11! What 11 year old steals a credit card... let a lone furniture... srs?
She’s fucking crazy dude. She shouldn’t even have my info. The worst part is that one of the main reasons I want my SS number is so she doesn’t do anything else.
What 16 year old should be worrying about his future and whether or not he will be able to rent/buy a home, get a phone in my name, get credit cards, all because their mom steals their identity...
So she should be forced to give me that shit and stay out of my life forever.

I’ve had the same shit happen with my father and it sucks. Why doesn’t your father do something about it?

Nah, but before I quit talking to my mom she made doctor appointments to see why I would go crazy the way I did. She made them from Preschool-6th grade every year. Three told her I was a bad parent. The other ones said I had ADHD and anger problems. Because when I was younger I would get so mad my nose would bleed and when I was in 1st grade I would threaten to kill people and pull knives from the kitchen. Basically I would be screaming and going really crazy 24/7

He can’t do anything about it. Somehow my mom gets away with everything. She’s a manipulative bitch. She has been arrest over 40 times that I can remember. Had multiple felonies... and the longest stay she’s ever had in jail? 6 months...
